Post-nuclear Ohio: This is the new region

Ohio enters Appalachia as a natural expansion of the map, with a tone that evokes Fallout 3 y New Vegas: desert, looters and bloodthirsty dominate the landscape. The climate incorporates sand storms and the terrain proposes open routes between industrial ruins, quarries and elevated highways.
Access to the area is done with the mission “Phoenix in the Flame”, which takes you to Silver Bridge in Point PleasantOnce inside, you will find Highway Town, a new meeting point with interiors that function as a social hub (not entirely safe, but ideal for team building) and its bar Last Resort, axis of multiple orders.
The region offers more than 20 custom locations that mix the mundane and the extravagant: from a Super Duper Mart to places like Dino Peak Mini Golf, the university campus of Athens, Fort Steuben or a large coliseum. Detonating a missile in Ohio will produce unique reactions in flora and environment, with the exception that Highway Town cannot be “nuke”.
In the narrative, different unpublished factions take positions; among them, the Rust Raiders, led by the charismatic King of Rust, and nods to cults like the Mothman. Even the system of Milepost Zero caravans is relocated to fit the harshness of this biome.
The bounty hunter system with The Ghoul

The big playable attraction is the bounty hunting which orchestra The Ghoul, the series' ghoul voiced by Walton Goggins. His presence isn't just an isolated cameo: appears in multiple places from the map, with Adaptive dialogues and rewards if your character is a ghoul.

Events, creatures and activities

The expansion incorporates two public events new generation. Gear Up It is set in a scrapyard where you collaborate with a Domesticated Deathclaw between waves of bandits, while Sinkhole Solutions It is a survival challenge against Radscorpions, with nests to clean between raids.
