How is everything! Today I want to share with you a method that I have been using for a long time to translate with Google Translate in a more optimized way, and that goes beyond the traditional to what we are used to, which is to paste texts and hit the click on the translate button. No no, better results can be achieved with a tool that usually goes unnoticed or that you have probably seen but are not very clear about its functionality.
What I'm talking about? «Google Translator Toolkit«, yes sir, a utility of Google's own translator and that in principle is designed for companies, this because the translations made with this means have a cost, but that we will use in a 100% free and legal with the simple requirement of having a Google account, that is to say a Gmail account
Advanced translation with Google
The first thing is to pay a visit to the Google Translator, there, under the translation boxes, you will find the following text:

Translator Toolkit is the one that interests us.
On the left panel you will see a red button that says «Go up«, next to the Translations, Requests, Labels, Shared with… and other tools menus. Well, you just click on that button.
A new tab will open where a document is requested to be translated, the supported formats are as follows, in this example we will use a document in Word.
Note that you can upload a file, enter URL, text, Wikipedia article and YouTube video. Continuing with the example, we will load a Word file with the “Upload file…” option, mark the language to be translated (Spanish here) and click Next.
Our document to be translated will be loaded and depending on its size it may take seconds or several minutes, once this is done we will be redirected to the budget section, but as I indicated at the beginning of the post, we will not spend a penny, so we choose «No thanks I will translate it myself or invite friends to help me«.
We will return to the main panel of the Translator Toolkit, but this time the file that we have uploaded for translation will appear, it will mark «0% complete» this because we haven't paid and we haven't translated it yet.
Here comes the good guys!
We click on the document so that it opens in a new tab, where we will finally access the good «Translation editor«, which on the left side shows us the original document and on the right side the translated file.
What makes it special? Well, it allows us to perfect the translation manually, correcting spelling and syntax errors and modify its content directly in the translator and then proceed to download it with a correctly translated document ready to be used.
After modifying with the editor, you must click on «Complete" and later "Save«, with this you return to the main panel of the Translator Toolkit and now it will be shown that the percentage that was 0% became a 100% complete document.
The final click corresponds to downloading the file / document to your computer and having it as you want.
It may seem long and slow, but if you analyze it well it has its advantages and the truth is that it is very easy to achieve, it is only a matter of a little patience, that in the end the results are favorable.
