How to configure Bizum correctly

You should know that Bizum operates from the main bank apps, so you will not have to install anything else on your mobile. You will only need to open it and, from there, follow these steps. Of course, keep in mind that, although they are general, sometimes each app has a series of steps "more or less".
- Enter your bank's app with your credentials.
- Go to the Bizum section. Add your phone number and click on continue.
- To verify the process, they will send you an SMS with a code that you must enter in the bank's app.
- Next you will have to put your personal data and accept the terms and conditions of the service.
- Finally, click on finish and you will be able to work with Bizum (both sending money and receiving it).
Why doesn't Bizum reach me?
The truth is that configuring Bizum is not much of a mystery. But another thing is already when you make a payment, or expect to receive money, and you see that it does not arrive. That's when things get bad because what happened? Why doesn't Bizum reach me?

It is withheld by your bank

In fact, if after that time it still does not go out, you will have to talk to your bank to find out what is happening.
Computer error
Do you know that if you are going to send a Bizum and you are working on it, but the Internet connection is cut off, the transaction can remain in the air? Well yes, it is a service failure that occurs when the Internet is not working well or there are problems in the app.
If this happens you must have a little patience but if after a few hours you still have the problem, and you have proof that they have sent you the payment, talk to your bank because it could be that the money had not been transferred correctly (most likely, the other person will cancel and return to do it, if it comes out).

Problems in the bank app
Just as you can have problems with the Internet, the bank's application could also be seen at a given moment without connection, and this means that the Bizum is not completed, and therefore does not reach its recipient.
If that happens, the best thing is to wait for it to return to its normal state and check if the Bizum money has been deducted, or if it is pending... When in doubt, call the bank to verify it and if you see that it has not been processed, do it again the operation to arrive.
