Plastiliq ImageResizer is a free application for resizing images , either individually, in batches, or in large folders. It's designed to resize multiple images (or photos) with a single click in an automated process with preview support.

ImageResizer (v.1.2.5) features an intuitive, easy-to-understand interface design, available in English and Russian. Its installer is only 1.20 MB (Zip file). However, if you prefer to use Spanish, you can download this file and extract it to the ' languages ' folder located in the program's installation directory. Then, change the language from the Options menu.
By the way, I just sent the translation to the developers, so it will only be a matter of time before they enable it for the next version of Plastiliq ImageResizer.
