- The previous point also includes foreigners who have a scholarship to study in health programs that are free. Migratory classification of deserting doctors when leaving Cuba

- An invoice or receipt verifying the reservation of the hotel where you will stay, or the record with addresses of the place of the dwelling in which you will temporarily establish.
- Have accredited health insurance.
It should be mentioned that if you are making the trip as a tourist, and the house where you are going to stay is not approved by Law Decree 171, you must do the entire process directly, gathering all the identification data of the person who act as its representative before the state.
What procedures can I carry out with this form?
You should know that this form is unique and can be used for various procedures. Next, we are going to mention them so that you become familiar with them:
- Request the passport, extension or renewal.
- Request an identity document or one related to travel.
- It grants authorizations for residence in other countries.
- Extension of the stay abroad for a time greater than 24 hours.
- Repatriation or application for a residence in the country of origin.
- Request entry authorization.
- Change of immigration status.

Meanings of the abbreviations used in the migratory classification when leaving Cuba

- Asto. Official: Official Business
- PVT: Temporary Travel Permit
- PRE: Residence Permit Abroad, also known today as Resident Abroad (RE).

- PVE: Foreign Travel Permit (any person with Cuban nationality who has left the country since January 2013.
How is the single model for immigration procedures structured?

Type of request
Passport.
In case you have a valid passport, you only have to mark with an X the authorization you are requesting. On the other hand, if it is a passport renewal that you wish to obtain, you select the “renew” option.
Also, you can make the request for the extension, so that your passport is valid for 2 years. The first time passport application is used by Cuban citizens who leave Cuba illegally and have never had a passport.
Request permission
You must mark with an X the type of permit you are requesting. This could be to enable your passport by removing the entry authorization or to change your travel category to Residency Abroad.
