For this mission we will use a tool known to all, it is Yahoo! Mail, so if you don't have an email in Yahoo, it's time for you to register so you can continue.
Step 1:: Log into your Yahoo email account, move the cursor to the upper left corner where you will find the Contacts icon, click on it.
Step 2:: In the right panel that will open you will find the title 'Importing contacts', and under it an option to import your friends' email addresses from Facebook, as it well indicates in its own description.

Step 3:: To continue the import, you need to accept the installation of the application «Yahoo! Contact Importer»On your Facebook profile, which will be in charge of extracting your friends' emails.
